    Tom Lash has over twenty five years of secure contract and workforce management industry experience in federal, DOD and commercial marketplaces. Promoted to his current position in 2008, Lash leads the organization and is responsible for the growth, strategic development and financial performance of the company's multiple service lines. Lash has led a transformation of TAD PGS, Inc.'s business strategies that have expanded the company's ability to assist public sector clients, prime contractors and candidates to navigate innovative secure workforce solutions that meet their comprehensive business objectives. Prior to his present assignment, he was employed with Adecco, Inc. where he held leadership roles of Regional Vice President, Adecco Government Solutions; Vice President Operations, Adecco Technical; Regional Operations Manager, Adecco Staffing; Area Manager, Adecco Technical and Branch Manager, Adecco Technical.

  • Tom Brewer VP, Security and Compliance

    Tom Brewer is a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant and career security and military intelligence professional having completed his military career as Superintendent of Industrial Security at Headquarters, U.S. Special Operations Command. He has over 26 years of experience in planning, directing and supervising operations ranging from criminal investigations to worldwide tactical deployments including Desert Shield/Storm to Operation Enduring Freedom with both U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and DoD civilian contractors. He has held numerous security management positions and is an expert in the protection of classified materials.

  • Wendy Harkins CFO, VP Finance

    During her career, Wendy Harkins has held positions in financial analysis, accounting, operations analysis, contract compliance, contract administration, program finance and financial planning for Harris Corporation and Danka Office Imaging Company. Harkins holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in contract and acquisition management. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association and Financial Director for the Manatee County Chapter of Thrivent, a fraternal, non-profit organization.

  • Gina Harvey VP Operations/Sales

    Gina Harvey manages the 25 employees of the Recruiting Center for Excellence and oversees the operations and recruiting divisions of TAD PGS, Inc. including collections and payroll. She also serves a sales role as the liaison for all of the Adecco companies who have clients needing government assistance. Harvey began her career with Adecco in 1993 holding positions in payroll, recruiting and sales for TAD Technical Resources, and then moved to the parent company serving as branch manager for Adecco Technical and Engineering. She returned to TAD PGS, Inc. in her current role in 2001.
