According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, healthcare occupations are expected to add the most jobs between 2014 and 2024 and the industry is projected to have the fastest employment growth over the next eight years. With more adults entering retirement, an increase in older Americans, and chronic illnesses needing cures, the healthcare field is on track to be the largest employing sector in America by 2024.
