  • History

    The Adecco Group established TAD PGS, Inc. in 1997 after acquiring TAD Technical Resources, which at the time was the country's largest privately owned technical services provider. TAD Technical Resources had a long history of providing cleared and uncleared staffing services to the U.S. government and contractors. As the Adecco Group was foreign owned, TAD PGS, Inc., Adecco SA and Adecco, Inc. jointly executed a Department of Defense (DoD) Proxy Agreement to mitigate foreign ownership, control and influence concerns. This enabled the company to assume operations of "Proscribed Access" contracts.
