Currently, the program is limited to the spouses of active duty service members in pay grades E -1 to E-5, W1-W5, and O-1 to O-2 who can start and complete the coursework while their spouse is on current Title 10 orders. This program includes the Reserve and National Guard components.

There are specific institutions and programs that are approved so you must first do your homework and find out who they are. All military spouses considering the program can speak to Career counselors who are available at Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), USAJobs.gov and CareerOneStop.com.

If the course offering selected costs more than the program limits, there is a possibility that other financial aid may be available through the institutions financial aid program,www.militaryonesource.com/mycaa, www.ed.gov (Pell Grants) or
